The Pixel-Gate Mini combines several functions in a compact housing.
On the one hand, it is a hardware pixel grabber that translates the pixels of a digital video signal into control signals for LEDs. On the other hand, it is a full Ethernet-DMX/DPB converter.
...featuring an output for 67-watt LEDs (24V – 2.8A). This combination opens up a new area of application for pixel grabbing. Its price and form factor now make it suitable for use in even the smallest installations. It is roughly the size of a digital signage player; this very small, compact device fits into any application. Cabling requirements are minimal. Aside from a 72-watt power supply and—typically—an HDMI source, all that is needed is the appropriate LED hardware.
