PixelPatch – LED mapping made easy

Our free PixelPatch software makes patching LED installations fast, intuitive, and efficient. The tool enables easy mapping of video pixels to DMX channels and optimally prepares your installation for dynamic content playback. Whether for system testing, content workflows, or live previews, PixelPatch combines all essential functions into a single, clear application.

The generated PixelPatch data (.s3p files) can be used directly in the Pixel-Gate to drive LEDs in real time using color information from video sources.
In addition, video files can be converted into Schnick-Schnack-Systems stream files (.s3s), and patch masks can be exported for precise content creation.

Practical features—such as the “Patch Test” tool, Live View mode for previewing video output, and the “Easy Feedback” function for a clear display of system feedback—significantly simplify the commissioning and monitoring of your LED systems.

PixelPatch files are loaded onto the high-performance Pixel-Gate light and Pixel-Gate Plus units via SD card. The cost-effective Pixel-Gate mini 4 and Pixel-Gate mini 16 units are loaded with their patch data via their web interface.
