On 31 May the Drupa 2016 started in Dusseldorf. With more than 1,800 exhibitors from 50 countries it is the largest printing trade show worldwide. The focus of the exhibition are products and services, from the printing and premedia - from offset, digital or hybrid printing to the entire processing.
On a booth, which is extended over the entire Hall 1, Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG (Heidelberg) presented with its partners according to the motto "Simply Smart" innovations in digitized and industrially established printing company.
The booth spanned a ceiling structure made of profiles with video recordable LED strips.
The profiles are a special design and have been requested by the Production Resource Group AG at Schnick-Schnack-Systems especially for the exhibition stand from Heidelberger. In a short time Schnick-Schnack-Systems developed the 6m long profiles with matching headpieces, profile connectors and slot nut. Three LED strips can be mounted side by side in a profile - fixed with board holders (plug-in version).
On the whole, more than 2km LED strips C25-250 MK2 were installed in 167 profiles. The power supply was carried out about more than 80 System Power Supplies 4E. The control was performed by a plurality of Pixel-Gates.
