The legitimate interest lies in ensuring and upholding our property rights, as well as protecting against vandalism, destruction, and unauthorized access to or entry onto our property, and in preserving evidence in the event of potential damaging incidents.
Appearance, facial features, height, build, gait, behavior, time and location of recognizable persons; license plate numbers for vehicles.
All persons entering or driving onto the premises: customers, suppliers, employees, guests; passersby, drivers.
In the event of suspicion of a specific criminal offense: where applicable, law enforcement authorities (police, public prosecutor’s office, court, other authorities); attorneys involved for the respective purpose; internal recipients: the responsible employee; management.
The data is stored for a period of 72 hours, unless longer storage is necessary to fulfill the purposes, particularly in the event of a harmful incident documented by the recording. In such cases, the recording is deleted once the purpose has been fulfilled and any applicable statute of limitations or retention obligations have expired.
You have the right to exercise your data subject rights with the controller at any time.
You have the right to access the data we process about you (Art. 15 GDPR), the right to rectification in the event that data has been recorded incorrectly by us (Art. 16 GDPR), the right to erasure if the conditions (Art. 17 GDPR), the right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), the right to object if the data processing was based on a legitimate interest or was carried out for the performance of a task in the public interest (Art. 21 GDPR), and the right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR).
You have the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority at any time. You can find the supervisory authorities, for example, on the website of the Federal Commissioner for Data Protection and Information Security.
